Russell graduated from York University in 1991 and Sheridan College in 1996, and has been working in the Sports Medicine field for over 21years.

He has been a Certified Athletic Therapist since 1996, and a Licensed Acupuncturist since 1998.

Russell started with Club Physio in January 2001, and became part-owner in 2005.

Recreation:

Russell plays the majority of all sports, and has been competitively in Triathlons for the last 7years. He plans on attempting an Ironman in 2011 (maybe!).

Tuesday 7 am - 4 pm
Wednesday
12 pm - 6pm
Thursday 11 am - 6 pm
Friday 7 am - 1:30 pm
