[lab_heading title=”Covid-19 Guidelines”][/lab_heading]We have gone through every possible scenario to make sure it is safe and secure to attend your appointment. We continue to adhere to the strict public health guidelines regarding the wearing of PPE.
Guidelines for your appointment (Updated June 12th 2022)
- As we are all aware, the province has lifted the mask mandate in health care settings. As a clinic, we will be following this as we feel like at this point in the pandemic it’s a reasonable change to implement.
- Everyone entering the clinic, staff or patient, is free to wear a mask or not so we ask that you please respect each individual’s choice as we enter this next phase of lifting pandemic restrictions.
- As per our regulated colleges, you must continue to fill out a ‘COVID-19 consent‘ form before EVERY APPOINTMENT. This has to be completed on the day of your appointment.
- If you require the assistance of a parent or caregiver, they will also be required to fill out the ‘COVID-19 consent’ form for every appointment they attend.
If you experiencing any symptoms related to the virus or flu-like symptoms, please do not attend your appointment and inform the clinic. You will NOT be charged a late cancellation fee.
PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF A POSITIVE COVID-19 CASE
We require all Covid-positive patients to reschedule until day 10 and that any patients with non-Covid related illness reschedule until 24 hrs symptom-free, or 48hrs if gastro related.
